Republicans open their four-day, presidential-nominating convention Monday in Philadelphia, and Democrats follow two weeks later in Los Angeles. Few Americans are expected to tune in to either political event. That's the challenge facing both Republican Convention Chairman Andrew Card and his Democratic counterpart, Terry McAuliffe. They join me now. Welcome, gentlemen.
