Shea Stadium

A view of New York City's Shea Stadium, home of the Mets baseball team, is seen from a high angle. Located in Queens, Shea Stadium was erected in 1964 and named for lawyer William Shea who campaigned to have a National League expansion team moved to New York after the Dodgers and Giants moved to California.
