MORLEY SAFER, CBS NEWS: While most governments are concerned with
gross national product, we found a place, perhaps the only place on
earth, where the government`s first priority is something it calls
"gross national happiness." As we first told you last February, the
place is the tiny country of Bhutan, precariously tucked up in the
Himalayas between the world`s two most populous nations, China to
the north and India to the south. You can fly to the land of gross
