Columbus, Ga. -- In a voices filled with restrained emotions, impatience and sometimes frustration, Columbus Black Firefighters put it all on the table for at two councilors, Fire Chief Wayne Collins and Human Resources Manager Ann Caggins. The Firefighters met on Monday, October 14 at the Modern Free Complex in an effort to resolve the problems in the promotion process as a result of past and present racism.
