Is police dept. next target?.
While in-fighting and corruption within the Metropolitan Police Department are making headlines; while Congress withholds funds for effective and efficient police coverage of the city; while Congress withholds funds for effective and efficient police coverage of the city; while everybody is blaming everybody else for the lack of public safety in D.C.; and while the "Control Board" has its eye on controlling the police department, the time has come for D.C. residents need to start focusing on what's important.
