Katyn Memorial Site Dedicated in Baltimore.

BALTIMORE--The National Katyn Memorial Committee formally dedicated the site which will honor the 15,000 Polish military and intellectual figures who died in the Katyn Massacre.
On a warm and sunny September 29, the Committee introduced the public to the circle of land where a permanent memorial will stand, displayed a model of the proposed sculpture, and expressed their intentions to remember those brutally executed by the Soviet NKVD in the spring of 1940.
