Over the past few weeks, the world has witnessed Central Africa's horrific refugee and stability crisis unfold before its eyes. Up to 1.6 million Burundian, Rwandan and Zairian refugees are being subjected to a slow, painful death as they scatter throughout Central Africa without food, water or shelter.
Humanitarian groups, missionaries and development organizations have pleaded with decision-makers to help end this suffering.
