News and Views: Affirmative Action Beneficiaries Performing at Levels. Equal to Their White Peers
A new study by a pair of Michigan State University economists suggests that blacks who benefit from affirmative action in employment compete effectively in the work force despite the fact that they may have lower educational attainments than their white colleagues.
