The President today announced the nomination of John J. Wilson to serve as Administrator for the Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention at the Department of Justice.

Mr. John J. Wilson, of Potomac, Maryland, is currently as the Acting Administrator for the Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention. Mr. Wilson joined the Department of Justice in 1974 as an attorney advisor in the Office of General Counsel for the Law Enforcement Assistance Administration. In 1994, he was appointed as Deputy Administrator in the Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention. Mr. Wilson has lectured and taught courses in the legal rights of children, ...
