GARFIELD -- At 5-foot-7, 172 pounds, Scott Stephen looks like he can be blown
over by a stiff wind. But the Glen Rock quarterback simply laughed into
the teeth of a strong wind Saturday.
Stephen rallied the Panthers to 21 fourth-quarter points in a 31-13
football victory over Garfield, clinching at least one home playoff game
for Glen Rock when the Group 1 playoffs start in two weeks.
