DURBIN: Thank you for joining us today.
On November 7th, the American people will cast their votes for
president of the United States. Many of them believe that all of
their
votes count. In fact, they do not.
Under our Constitution, with the Electoral College, those who
vote on the wrong side in many states on the presidential election
won't
even have their votes calculated. They won't count when it comes
to the
