Program to focus on Black infant mortality rates.
Infant mortality rates among African-American babies, the state's Educational Opportunity Fund, taxes, social diversity, mental health and the debate over Ebonics are some of the topics highlighted this month on "Another View." The New Jersey Network's African-American community affairs series will take a look at these issues during the month of March.
