`Sin City' Goes Holy: Orthodox revival is under way in Tel Aviv, the heart of secular Israel.

Tel Aviv - With its sidewalk cafes and trendy boutiques, Central Tel Aviv's Sheinkin Street is the nerve center of Israeli Bohemia, Israel's answer to Greenwich Village.

But the sidestreets off Sheinkin reveal a "hidden" Tel Aviv. Overlooking a park in the middle of Sheinkin is Tel Aviv's Chabad Center, with its large yellow sign that reads, "Prepare for the coming of the Messiah." It is one sign of a substantial, and growing, Orthodox presence in the heart of secular Israel.
