Cynthia Ozick, the award-winning writer whose short stories, novels and essays so frequently mine the depths of the Holocaust, is as high as a kite. For most of the summer she has been sequestered in Sag Harbor, L.I., doing what does not come naturally to her -- revising and rewriting -- as the Bay Street Theatre Festival prepares to launch the world premiere of her first play, "Blue Light." Yet she couldn't be happier.
