Twenty-five years after the end of the Vietnam War, an American president
is in Hanoi. The city where the US military defeat was orchestrated
is now capital of a united Vietnam. President Clinton arrived there
on a late-night flight from Brunei following a Pacific Rim economic
summit. NPR's Vicky O'Hara reports from Hanoi.
