The Pequannock honor student accused of threatening violence to his
high school, teachers, and students last month also faces an unrelated
charge of criminal sexual contact in Wayne.
"The incident was brought to the attention of authorities during
the initial investigation," said Capt. Christopher Linne, spokesman for
the Morris County Prosecutor's Office. "It has nothing to do with the
threat."
Police added the sexual contact charge to two others against the
