Ten: Hewitt shocks Sampras in straight sets

LISBON, Nov 28 AAP - Australia's Lleyton Hewitt showed he was in top form for next
week's Davis Cup tennis final by springing the first big upset of the Masters Cup in crushing
Pete Sampras here tonight.
Hewitt, who qualified in sixth place for the eight-man, $US3.7 million ($A7.1 million)
tournament, stunned the third-ranked Sampras 7-5 6-0 in just 74 minutes.
It was the 19-year-old South Australian's second win in six meetings with the American,
following a straight sets result in the final at this year's Queen's tournament in June.
