BUENOS AIRES, Aug. 21 (IPS) -- Buenos Aires, ranked in the
middle of the top-10 cities when it comes to premiering theatrical
productions, finally is organizing its first international drama
festival -- an event aimed at converting the city into one great
stage.
Some 500 artists from Argentina and around the world will appear
in "explosion" of theatre in October that will spill out of the
traditional theatrical halls and take over the streets, plazas and
public boulevards.
Cecilia Felgueras, general coordinator of "The Buenos Aires
