IT MAY SEEM surprising that the education industry has been a good investment over the last year or so, mainly because people do not readily perceive learning as an industry in which to invest but rather as a service provided by the state or by private, nonprofit organizations.
Profit-driven school officials are filling a niche in the United States created by a demand for alternatives as baby-boomers produce their own boomlet and then go back to work.
