Dick Cheney is George W. Bush's running mate on the Republican ticket.
He was a member of Congress from Wyoming for more than 10 years, and
he served as secretary of defense under President Bush. Last week,
Cheney spoke in Cudahy, Wisconsin. Here's an excerpt of that speech.
