Brahin Ahmaddiya speaks on life after arrest
Brahin Ahmaddiya, a veteran news reporter who has traveled around the world covering subjects from drugs and crime in Philadelphia to the U.S. President, maintained his innocence during a recent interview with the Tribune, and spoke on how his life has changed since his March 7 arrest when police found drugs inside his club.
The former KYW newscaster was charged with possession of cocaine, possession with intent to deliver, conspiracy, possession of instrument of a crime, and destroying evidence. His bail was $150,000.
Ahmaddiya, who had a preliminary hearing on April 10, was given a trial date for June 3.
