Business gets optimistic forecasts on India
There is going to be no change in the economic direction of India under the new political leadership, since it has been repeatedly stated that the process of liberalization will continue without any interruption. In fact, this process could now move at a faster pace.
This view came from M.S. Verma, the news chairman of the State Bank of India (SBI), when he spoke to members of the Canada-India Business Council (CIBC) at a luncheon meeting held on April 24 at the Board of Trade in Toronto.
