Analysis: Bush's transition team fundraising follows Clinton's 1992 example

There's $5.3 million in public funds earmarked to pay for the presidential transition. The General Services Administration controls that money and says it won't be released until there is an apparent winner. The Bush campaign says it will go ahead with the transition using private funds. NPR's Peter Overby reports.
