Reebok honors 4 human rights advocates

CANTON, Mass., Jan. 16 (UPI) -- An advocate for international refugees, a
crusader for the mentally ill, an artist who uses his work to teach about human
rights and a youth organizer are the recipients of the 12th annual Reebok Human
Rights Award for 2001, it was announced Tuesday.

Reebok International Ltd., the second largest manufacturer of training shoes in
the United States, said William Coley and Heather Barr of the United States,
Ndungi Githuku of Kenya and Kodjo Djissenou of Togo are to be presented the
awards on March 21 in Boston.
