More than four million Israelis are voting today in an election that
could mark a turning point in the Arab-Israeli peace process. Polls
indicate that Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu will fall well short
of his challenger, Labor Party leader Ehud Barak. Barak's chances
for a first-round victory were enhanced greatly yesterday when a third-
