(Rocky Mountain Collegian) (U-WIRE) FORT COLLINS, Colo. -- With the State Board of Agriculture meeting approaching, CSU President Albert Yates met with ASCSU executives in a hastily called meeting Thursday regarding the University of Southern Colorado name change proposal.
The meeting was intended to allow ASCSU and the administration to discuss where each body stands regarding the name change, so ASCSU President Dan Kunz and Yates would know beforehand what each will announce to the SBA on Tuesday.
"He didn't want to surprise us," Kunz said. "Now we know where each other stands -- and we still disagree, and I think that's OK."
