Analysis: Bush administration to allegedly close the White House offices on AIDS and race relations

Before the episode involving the Secret Service and the man with the gun near the South Lawn, the White House produced some other unexpected news today. It was reported that the White House would close its offices dealing with two highly sensitive issues, AIDS and race relations. But White House officials were swift to insist that any changes in the works would be strictly bureaucratic and that neither issue would be neglected by the Bush administration.
