The United States government may be threatening an age-old institution,
the holes in Swiss cheese. It's a complex issue having to do with
unpasteurized milk, again time and large holes in the cheese creating
problems for processors. The Department of Agriculture has issued
new standards which might, among other things, make those holes smaller.
We're joined by Dr. Warren Clark, who is the chief executive officer
of the American Dairy Products Institute.
