Wis. Bike Co. Recalls Water Bottles
WASHINGTON (AP) -- A Wisconsin bicycle company is recalling about 42,000 water bottles sold with the ``Mongoose Heart Breaker Bicycle,'' because the drinking valves can detach and pose a choking hazard.
Pacific Cycle LLC announced the recall in conjunction with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission on Tuesday.
The company, based in McFarland, Wis., has received two reports of the valves coming loose, but no injuries have been reported.
The ``Mongoose Heart Breaker Bicycle'' is a 16-inch blue girl's bicycle.
