federal regulation was issued in the final ours by Clinton Labor Department
bureaucrats in the occupational safety and Health Administration (OSHA).
Just four days before leaving office, OSHA issued its so-called ergonomics
regulation; a regulation based on pseudo-science and unsavory politics,
