DAN RATHER, CBS ANCHOR: There is news tonight about dangers on the
road: motorists who run a red light and run into your car. A study
suggests there may be an effective way to make them stop at the stoplight.
CBS News correspondent Bob Orr has the facts in focus.

running is one of the most dangerous traffic violations and among
the toughest for police to enforce. But for a camera, it`s a snap.
