AND HEALTH CARE WASHINGTON, D.C. - In an effort to ensure adequate
funding
for educational programs, veterans` benefits and health care initiatives,
U.S. Representative John Baldacci voted against a Budget Conference
Report
on Wednesday. It was put forward by House Republican leadership, and
passed
