ON CHALLENGES FACING THE U.S. POSTAL SERVICE Mr. Chairman and Distinguished
Members of the Committee. I am Billy Quinn, National President of
the National
Postal Mail Handlers Union. On behalf of the more than 50,000 union
mail
handlers employed by the U.S. Postal Service, I appreciate the opportunity
to testify about the challenges currently facing the U.S. Postal Service.
From recent hearings and press reports, it appears that Congress is
most
