Globetrotting travelers often feel tired and a bit disoriented after they arrive at a faraway destination. The symptoms usually go away after a good night's sleep, but for a few frequent fliers, long-haul travel may be causing long-term problems. Scientists say they've found evidence that chronic jet lag can change the structure of the brain. NPR's Jon Hamilton has more.
