SA: Blind people victims of bullying in schools
ADELAIDE, June 14 AAP - Blind people were increasingly victims of bullying in South
Australian schools, the Royal Society for the Blind said today.
The society's executive director Andrew Daly said bullying and taunting of blind people
had reached alarming proportions.
"Recently, a group of school children led a blind man to the middle of a busy road
and left him there to find his way back to safety," Mr Daly said.
