2001 Mr. John D. DesPrez, III "I attended Harvard College where I
majored in economics and my background has been in the financial services
business since that time. I worked at Bankers Trust Company in New
York, which is now owned by Deutsche Bank, before attending Georgetown
Law School to become a financial lawyer. I then went to work in a
law firm that specialized in representing insurance companies in their
securities related activities.
