Venture Capital Calls for Clearer Regulation
CHINA, Jul 25, 2001 (AsiaPort via COMTEX) -- Venture capital, a fledgling business in China, needs a more lenient regulatory framework and more drives from the financial reform in the country for faster and healthier growth, experts said.
Lack of a sound legal framework and policy obstacles have hindered the growth of venture capital investment in China.
