Safe Drinking Water Act
Good morning Chairman Crapo and Members of the Committee. My name
is Randy
Van Dyke. I am the general manager of the Clay Regional Water, a rural
water system in Iowa and President of the National Rural Water Association
which represents over 17,000 small and rural communities. On behalf
of
all these small communities, I would like to thank the committee for
this
opportunity.
