OLY: Rogge visits Salt Lake City, says crisis over

SALT LAKE CITY, Utah Reuters - New International Olympic Committee chief Jacques Rogge
toured sites for next year's Salt Lake City Winter Games today after declaring that the
Olympic bribery scandal was over and a new vision ruled.

"We've had troubled times," Rogge said. "Our perspective is, the crisis is over."

Flanked by several members of the International Olympic Committee (IOC) and Salt Lake
Organizing Committee (SLOC) president Mitt Romney, Rogge told volunteers and staff workers:
