While Jacques Rogge was making his first visit to Salt Lake City as International Olympic Committee president, touring future ski and bobsled venues and his future room in the athletes' village, his former rival for the presidency, Dick Pound, was expressing concerns about the future of the IOC. ''The reforms are fine if you enact them, but they have to be lived in order to be reforms,'' Pound said Tuesday in a telephone interview. ''There is a lot of backsliding on the age and term limits.
