KOTA KINABALU, Thurs. - The Malaysian Cocoa Board joined forces with
four hotels and two companies to make the longest chocolate Swiss Roll
in Malaysia, measuring 60 metres.
The Swiss Roll, which has entered the Malaysian Book of Records, was
the highlight of the Sabah Cocoa Festival launched by Yang di-Pertua Negeri
Tun Sakaran Dandai today.
MCB director-general Dr Musa Jamil said 35kg of black chocolate, 35kg
white sugar, 10.5kg of flour, 10kg jam, 35 litres of egg white, 80 litres
of milk and 90 litres of whipped cream were used to make the Swiss Roll
at a cost of RM3,300.
