PROSPECTS for the property market are expected to remain flat towards the
end of the year with demand focused on selective landed properties in prime
locations, industry players said.
Property agents and consultant CH William Talhar & Wong Sdn Bhd's
director Goh Tian Sui told Business Times that demand in the property market
is very limited to residential houses while commercial and industrial properties
remain quiet.
"The current property market scenario will continue with interest
focused on residential properties and not much expansion in the office
space market," Goh added.
