(The Marquette Tribune) (U-WIRE) MILWAUKEE -- Sex, drugs, and Dirk Diggler. Mark Wahlberg plays the role of the wannabe rock star who got his shot at the big time in this Friday's release, "Rock Star."
The trite trailer for this film gives a false impression. The film holds its own for much of its duration, but it fails to bring any innovation to the melee of nostalgia and is obviously confused about its orientation of genre.
