SUBUR Tiasa Holdings Bhd fell into the red with a group after-tax loss
of RM10.36 million for its first half from a group net profit of RM21.13
million before, due to falling timber prices. It saw a consolidated pre-
tax loss of RM10.3 million for the six months ended July 31 2001 from a
pre-tax profit of RM24.13 million, despite turnover inreasing 3.5 per cent
to RM159.34 million. It now has a net loss per share of 5.2 sen, compared
