MARK HAINES, CNBC ANCHOR, SQUAWK BOX: Almost three weeks after the World Trade Center attacks, two weeks after the New York Stock Exchange reopening, the American Stock Exchange is resuming operations from its headquarters today. The building was heavily damaged on September 11. AMEX trading has been taking place at the New York Stock Exchange facilities for the past two weeks.
