Fed: Govert begins hard-sell on key election plank
The coalition has began the hard-sell of its central re-election plank of tax breaks
for new parents as Labor dismissed the $1.2 billion package as a smoke-and-mirrors stunt.
With only 12 days left until the November 10 poll, Prime Minister JOHN HOWARD has promised
