The reasons for this assertion are that 1), After 9.11 Event, China has became the destination of immense capital after America, because China is not only a huge market, but also is safe. Near China, Lycos has closed some net stations in Thailand, Malaysia and so on, because the developing prospect of these countries could not support the net stations future development.
