DAVID HAFFENREFFER, CNNfn ANCHOR, BEFORE HOURS: The World Trade Organization meeting in Doha Qautar, is aimed at launching a new round of global trade talks. But a number of side issues are now threatening to derail that process. Charles Hodson fills us in.
