Friday, November 30, 2001 -- In late November it seems like almost everyone in Tuscany is busy making olive oil. The green and orange nets are draped like a tulle gown across the landscaped terraces under the graceful gray-green trees. On sunny mornings farmers, their relatives and other helpers gather to knock down the fruit, climbing up into the trees to bat down every last little olive.
