CHINA, Dec 21, 2001 (AsiaPort via COMTEX) -- On 14 December, Shandong Redsun Chemical Co.Ltd, the largest sulfur compound fertilizer manufacturer and the Russian Arcon Company held the Signing Ceremony for Share Transferring of Shandong Redsun Chemical Co.Ltd and For 27 Million USD Investment Project in Jinan. 58 of Redsun's share which held by Linxi State-owned Asset AdministratonBureau would be transferred to Arcon Company, which pledged to invest 27 million USD to construct the compound fertilizer project with annual total output of 0.4 million tons.
